These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Corners mobile application ("Corners," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Corners. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your Account
You sign in to Corners using a Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us at privacy@olanava.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. User Content
What you own. You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload to Corners ("Your Content").
License you grant us. By uploading Your Content, you grant Corners a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and share Your Content as part of the App's features (for example, showing your collection to other users when your collection is set to public). This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to reasonable technical delays.
What you're responsible for. You represent that you have the right to upload Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for Your Content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload or share content that:
- Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or threatening
- Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
- Violates the privacy of others
You also agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the App
- Attempt to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to access
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
5. Collection Visibility
By default, your collections are visible to other Corners users. You can make a collection private at any time in the App's Settings. You are responsible for managing the visibility of your content.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our community. We may suspend or terminate your account for repeated or serious violations.

7. Third-Party Services
Corners uses Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and image hosting. Your use of sign-in via Google is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Corners app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Corners and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@olanava.com.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you within the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
